Sports Performance Training is the perfect combination of physical and mental training to prepare the athlete for the rigors of their specific sport. It differs from personal training in that it prepares and conditions the athlete specifically for their sport of choice, rather than general fitness.

Lights Out Transformations and The Lights Out Strength Camp is for Average Joe's and Jane's who take on everyday life. It focuses on improving strength and and power with a large emphasis on overall strength, power, anaerobic capacity, multi-directional movement, flexibility, mobility, body composition, and movement quality to live a healthier overall lifestyle.

Lights Out Transformations is for anyone who wants to improve their overall lifestyle, lose 20 LBS or more of body fat, increase lean muscle, and just be a better version of themselves. If you find yourself struggling with what you see in the mirror then this program is exactly what you need to pick yourself up, dust the dirt off, and get back to action!

The goal of The Lights Out Strength Camp is to improve physical function on a day to day basis. Strength Camp is used to build relative strength, slow down and even reverse many of the negative effects of inactive aging, improve movement control, functional abilities, physical performance, boost metabolic rate, improve cardiovascular health, manage and eliminate chronic pain, increase bone density, and enhance mental health.

TACTICAL STRENGTH TRAINING

WHAT IS TACTICAL STRENGTH TRAINING?

Tactical Strength Training is the application of strength and conditioning principles in a tactical setting (e.g. military, law enforcement, fire, ems). It's a multidisciplinary approach to the repair, maintenance, and performance optimization of the tactical athlete in order to maximize their effectiveness in the athlete's respective field. The term "tactical athlete" refers to police officers, soldiers, firefighters, and emergency medical service personnel.

The goal of Tactical Strength Training is to develop strength and power in terms of lifting equipment, gear, and people. Increase flexibility and mobility to move easily over uneven terrain and in between obstacles. maximize muscle stamina to move yourself and gear up, over, under, and through space. Most importantly to increase your overall health and wellness to deal with the daily challenges thrown at you.

THE HUMAN PERFORMANCE LAB

WHAT IS THE HUMAN PERFORMANCE LAB?

The Human Performance Lab is a complete approach to assessing athletes and individuals for overall strength, speed, movement deficiencies, and overall risk of injury. Using 3D Motion Capture, Speed Testing, Force Production, and Anaerobic Conditioning Technology we can accurately and objectively measure every movement from a 360 degree perspective.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF THE HUMAN PERFORMANCE LAB?

The Human Performance Lab is the most in depth system when it comes to assessing athletes and individuals. Using advanced and accurate 3D motion capture technology we can capture and provide accurate and objective movement scoring of 12 functional movements, identify regions of dysfunction whether it's mobility/stability issues and the plane of motion allowing for targeted corrective exercise strategies, reducing the risk of injury. Assess 32 different ranges of motion to improve therapy and training methods without the use of wearable systems. Assess various aspects of a single leg hop and land which allows us to identify risk of ACL injury. Test Pre, Mid, and Post-Season to measure the difference in your functional movement throughout the year. Create rehab and Prehab protocols. Track and Measure force production and relative speed in your sport. Track and Measure optimal anaerobic conditioning levels.

YES, I understand the Lights Out Team will answer my emails or texts within 48 hours.

YES, I understand I will need to provide feedback via measurable, photos, and videos based on my goals.

YES, I understand that I will need to training anywhere from 3-6 days per week with each session ranging from 45-120 minutes depending on my goals.

YES, I understand that my monthly investment is roughly the same as a one on one session with Coach Bryan or anyone from the Lights Out Team. With that being said if at anytime I am not compliant with the program I can be let go.

YES, I understand that your time is valuable and complaining, substitutions, and excuses are not tolerated unless it is an absolute must.

YES, I understand I need resources based on the goals I have. Don't tell me you want to get faster if you claim you don't have anywhere to perform sprint training. Don't tell me you want to lose weight but you aren't willing to alter your diet. You must understand that you have to take ownership of yourself, give effort, dedication, drive, and be committed.

YES, I am sure that I can afford this training program and believe I am a great fit for it to ultimately invest in myself.
